Yoga Teachers Training Course (Non-Residential Weekend Program) is for beginners & advanced practitioners, those who wanted to study yoga in depth. This course is covering all the aspects of yoga including benefits, alignments, adjustments, modifications, and counter-indications of poses (asanas). Pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy & anatomy and physiology of the body & mind are also studied in a systematic way. Students can strengthen their own yoga practice through self-discipline and awareness and build experience and confidence to teach others the path of harmony through a yogic life.

This Yoga Teachers Training Course (Non-Residential Weekend Program) are not like any other certificate program which focuses more on the theory part but these courses focus on the practical aspects for the student to become a teacher. A student can independently teach Yoga to others or open their center after successful completion of the course.

There are 2 programs in the Non-Residential Weekend Program.

  1. Yoga Teachers Training (200 HRs) – Beginners – 03 Months
  2. Yoga Teachers Training (300 HRs) – Advanced – 05 Months
  3. Yoga Teachers Training (500 HRs) – Beginners + Advanced – 08 Months

Students can go for Yoga TTC 300 HRs only after the successful completion of the Yoga TTC 200 HRs. The student can also opt for Yoga TTC 500 combined course which can be completed in 08 months.
