Students need to only observe the realities, need to be present in the present world. By being completely silent from the outer body, one starts slowly observing their inner chaos. As one sees their mind so occupied with past, future & only imaginations, one slowly starts to start observing them. Initially, these thoughts drift away to the practitioner but slowly one able to calm their mind by not reacting to the thoughts and chaos within. Slowly one understands that it’s hard to gain control over thoughts but it’s easier not to react with thoughts that are continuously flowing through space & this is the doorway to spiritual progress & knowledge.
This program opens new realities for the students in knowing himself, understanding real self & entering into the spiritual domain in deep. The program consist of silent meditation and student need to sit for meditation for longer durations.
