One day meditation program has been designed especially for the people who are completely occupied with their work in the weekdays and who don’t get time for doing meditation. Meditation is very useful in reducing stress, anxiety, hypertension, depression and much more. In day to day working life, people are under much stress and tension for doing & completing their work. These kinds of life structure slowly put one in different types of diseases and bad health. It is very necessary for people to keep a balance between their work-life and normal day to day life. Yoga & Meditation keeps one in proper balance, thus necessary for everyone to understand the concepts of it and doing it in a very proper way.
This one-day meditation program is useful for people working in offices, corporates, doctors, businessmen and anyone who is very busy in their life not able to find a proper time for balancing the life force. This program starts in the morning time and finishes in the evening time.
Each 2nd & 4th Sunday
From 09 am to 05 pm
Kindly note that food is not included in the program. Students will get organic tea at 09 am and 03 pm.
For single person, 2500 INR per student.
For a group of 5 students 2200 INR per student.
For a group of 10 students or more, 2000 INR per student.
